Pork chops can be bland and tough if not prepared correctly... or they can be fabulous and flavorful!
For Dan's birthday a few years ago, I made some a-mazing stuffed pork chops. The downside (or the upside if you like cooking as much as I do), I was in the kitchen preparing them for at least two hours! So instead of that today I give you two very simple, favorite pork chop recipes.

Herb-Crusted Pork Chops - I skip making my own breadcrumbs and use panko breadcrumbs instead.
